email marketing
This case study focuses solely on the email communication channel. We've switched all email marketing to our side; the first month of the switchover is highlighted in yellow. After starting to work with this communication channel, we increased deliverability through proper database management, which improved the domain and IP reputation, and emails began to reach the inbox or promotional emails. Through proper segmentation and subject selection, we also increased the open rate. Careful work with HTML code and selection of informational triggers increased click-through rates, which in turn increased email conversions.
